The purpose of the EverGreen Land Co. is to
connect people with nature.

We strive to accomplish our purpose in a variety of ways:

We establish residential communities that feature pleasant natural surroundings.
We build homes in an environmentally-sensitive way.
We financially support programs that benefit the natural environment.
We assist nature in the land under our stewardship.

We have performed this role in a number of areas across the country.
We have active projects in the Southern Appalachians, the Texas Hill Country, and the Colorado Rockies. Additionally we support a number
of environmentally-important projects both through volunteer work
and financial support.
